Políticas de Servicio – Home Helpers Cleaning

1. Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering a professional service. If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct it at no extra cost.

2. Property Access
The client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled date and time. If we are unable to enter, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a 50% service fee.

4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless a recurring plan has been agreed. We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, and cards (if available).

5. Responsibility
Our team is trained and careful during every service. However, Home Helpers Cleaning is not responsible for fragile items that were not secured or removed before the cleaning.

6. Services Included
Each cleaning covers the tasks listed in the quote or package selected (deep cleaning, move-in/out, or recurring service). Extra services (such as organizing, garage, or patio cleaning) must be requested in advance.

Operating Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Sunday: By special appointment
